The Lars Flannel from Portuguese Flannel has a subtle cream base, with bold red, blue and yellow plaid laid atop. The usual details remain, mother of pearl buttons, a single chest pocket and super soft, hand-brushed cotton. 

This item fits true to size for a slim fit, when in doubt, definitely size up. A little extra fabric in Flannel is a-okay.
